Simple solution needed for CMS migration

I have a CMS install at http://www.nccjnwa.org/cms/index.php , running whatever flavor was current at the end of July/beginning of August.

We have decided to change domains, and so I need to move the cms information from http://www.nccjnwa.org/cms/index.php to another domain account on the same webhost.

Can I get away with merely copying the site over to the new domain account, and then import the current DB into MySQL on the new domain?

There have been lots of answers to this question on the forum before.  A simple search will tell you what you need to know.
