While watching a site video about how to move a mambo template to
a cmsms template I saw the man was using a browser that let him see
css in those pages just pressing the right mouse button and choosing
view css source or something like that.
Does anybody know what was the browser the user was working with
in this video?

Don't know the video, but the Web Developer Extension for Firefox adds that feature:

This is the video I was talking about, altough I think the firefox addon will do the same.

Yes, that's firefox in the video (you can see from the icon when the page source is copied), and the Web Developer extension is used to copy the CSS.
