Sorting the footer

I'm having trouble finding out where to alter the footer so that the image rests along the bottom of the pagewrapper div, rather than showing some of the background image. In firefox it works, in IE it fails.

I've sorted the footer hopefully. I did it by adding "position: absolute;" to the style for the footer div. It seems to work in both IE and Firefox now.
