Pisearch1.04 doesn't show up!

Post by jimmychuang »

Hi,

I have install pisearch1.04, and I use the latest stable version CMSMS 1.01.

I put code "{cms_module module="pisearch" action="showform"}" in my template, but it doesn't show up.

Check out my page: www.casinobonuswatch.net

I put it just below the menu, but it doesn't show up.

I'm not sure if piSearch has been updated for 1.01, but you could use the built in search?

Use 1.04a from the dev.

It works with 1.01 and older version from 0.13.

1. uninstall 1.04
2. copy the 1.04a files
3. install 1.04a

it cannot find anything in the content that comes from plugins, tags etc. , because it does not parse the content with smarty if needed.

so pisearch can find anything in a page content that was shown and the built in search not - that is the big differenz.

And pisearch make it easier for the visitors to decide which link is the best for him (example searchword devoted)
