HELP with Chat Module

Hey I'm new to the whole CMSMS thing, I think i've done pretty good so far but i am trying to get the chat module to work and am running into the error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function GetPopupExampleLink() on a non-object in \\nas-002\winspace003\10-raindroppcoast.com\www\cms\modules\Chat\action.default.php on line 49

If anyone can give me any help it would be greatly appreciated.
