I can not upload and install xml module

Hi, I use CMSMS 0.13, and I can not upload and install several xml modules.

Such as NMS module, I am now still using NMS 1.0 beta3.0 because I can't upload and install new xml version at admin, and I also can not install it after I upload NMS xml module through CuteFTP. It wouldn't appear at admin section after I upload through FTP.

When you're using cmsmadesimple-0.13 you need XML files for 0.13 otherwise they won't install.
Uploading a xml with ftp doesn't make any sense. The only thing you'd ftp is an extracted module archive.
