As it says in the release thread, an upgrade is possible. But you may have problems with some modules. Backup first.

Just completed an Upgrade from version .13 to 1.0 - no problems with any pages thus far. Just the FormBuilder module won't install.
I installed CMSMailer 1.73.10 with no problem. Click Install for FormBuilder 0.1.1 and I get the message 'You need the "Modify Forms" permission to perform that operation.' Checking permissions - Modify Forms isn't there!
Everything else works Great
