Can't do that, as the FormBuilder dir is only created after you've uploaded the xml file and it's automatically installed the module.Karolis wrote: Try setting FormBuilder and all of it's sub-directories to 777.

the latest formbuilder requires CMS 1.0b6 or later. as it has been modified for adodb-lite proper.

I had the same problems as listed above. I installed CMSMS 1.0 and everything magically disappeared.
