It seems like I can not add more than 8 sub-titles.
If I add more than 8, then the 9th sub-article will not display in the website and "admin/content/pages".
But the 9th sub-article still exist, you just can't see it. If you use pisearch, you can find that article.
How do I solve this?

Re: It seems like I can not add more than 8 sub-articles
I'll take up the cause, since I've got the same problem...
CMS version 0.13 PHP Version 4.3.10 Apache Version Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora) on Linux
Upon adding a ninth sub-page to a parent page, sub-pages start to disappear from both the admin area (content/pages list), as well as from the user site navigation bar.
The information is still in the database, and can be accessed by manually changing the content_id in the URL in the address bar of the browser.
Suggestions?
Thansk,
matt

The same problem.
I'm running CMS Made Simple 0.13. I'm using PHP Version 4 or 5 , and MySQL 4.1 This is all working with Apache 1.3.38 running on Linux
Are there any solution?

A ha!
I searched the forums again and found this http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 092.0.html
The problem was rooted (for me) in using multiple tabs simultaneously when editing content in the admin area. The sub page numbers were out of whack - as in page 3.0 had sub-page 3.2, without a 3.1 page. I stayed within one browser tab to move all of my sub pages up a level to clean up the parent category. Then I could move each page back down into the heirarchy where it belonged. That seems to have done it.
The moral of the story, do not use multiple browser windows when editing content.
Good luck.

Re: It seems like I can not add more than 8 sub-articles
Yes, I use one for editing content, another for editing the template, maybe a third for the stylesheet, and a fourth for the preview
but never two in content, or two in templates, or two in stylesheets, etc.

I see. I tried to add sub-page today, and I didn't have the same problem. Maybe I opened mutiple browser windows when I was editing pages last time.permawash wrote:
