Hello,
I’m running into an issue after installing and activating TinyCME. I disabled MicroTiny as instructed, but when I go into the content manager and try to edit an existing page or start a new one, the editor doesn’t load at all.
Could someone let me know what additional steps are required to get TinyCME working properly?
Thanks!

Make sure to include the following at a bare minimum to ensure a better response:
- CMSMS version
- PHP version
- TinyMCE version
Additional things that will help:
- are there any errors in the browser console (F12) when in the page editor?
- are there any errors in the PHP error log?
- are there any errors in the CMSMS admin log?
- CMSMS version
- PHP version
- TinyMCE version

- are there any errors in the browser console (F12) when in the page editor?
- are there any errors in the PHP error log?
- are there any errors in the CMSMS admin log?

Re: TinyCME not functioning after setup
Thanks for the pointers. I’ll gather that info. For now, the browser console shows a couple of JS loading errors related to TinyCME. Should those files be created automatically during installation, or is there an extra step I might have missed?DIGI3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 25, 2025 3:58 pm slope

I don't think there's any extra steps required, there is a note in the documentation about changing an htaccess line if you're using the sample htaccess supplied with cmsms, but that should only affect the filepicker. I'm not sure if that applies to the 4.0 beta, I haven't tried it yet.
