Looks like the link is broken — the revision page can’t be accessed anymore. Maybe the SVN structure or repository path has changed since that version. You could try checking the main SVN index or using the Git mirror if CMS Made Simple has migrated their codebase.

It seems that the links have been modified
before the link contained cmsmadesimple
now it contains CMSMadeSimple
example before
viewsvn.cmsmadesimple.org/revision.php?repname=cmsmadesimple&rev=13234
Now
websvn.cmsmadesimple.org/revision.php?repname=CMSMadeSimple&rev=13234

This also breaks the RSS links both for the/trunk/ and also for the translatecenter
