Formbuilder - ERROR - Blankpage

Hi there.. I've just come to this page after googling the problem - I can confirm I also have issues with v1.01 and 1.02 not working properly - the field editing page is blank.

I've rolled back to v1 which does work - though not sure what the bugs in this are that 1.01 and 1.02 addresses so hope its ok!

I was getting the same error, my solution was to uninstall it from the module manager, then import the XML file (downloaded from http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/69) and install again.

I was also experiencing

It worked for me to get FormBuilder 1.2 up and running on my fresh install of CMSMS 2.2.21 with PHP 8.0
