Best practices for custom styling in CMS Made Simple for ecommerce platforms like WISMOlabs?

Post by wismolabs000 »

Hi all,

I’m working on frontend customization for an ecommerce-focused platform called WISMOlabs, which delivers branded post-purchase experiences. We’re exploring CMS Made Simple as a possible solution for managing landing pages and content modules.

That said, I have a few questions for those experienced with CMS Made Simple:

What’s the best approach for managing custom CSS and HTML layouts within CMSMS templates?

How flexible is the system when it comes to responsive design and ecommerce-style UI/UX?

Are there any design limitations we should watch out for when customizing the frontend for dynamic ecommerce content?

Would really appreciate any insights or examples from the community. Thanks in advance!

CMSMS does not interfere with your html/css at all, so there are no limitations of this type. Best practice is to use Design Manager to manage your templates and stylesheets.
Not getting the answer you need? CMSMS support options
