Upon attempting to submit an XML file for a new version of my module, I see the following error:
The Rails application encountered an error and was unable to start correctly.
The tar.gz file is successfully uploaded. The file size is 8.5 MB, which is rather huge, but it did not pose any issues in prior versions.
