Email tracking integration in CMS Made Simple

I'm curious to know if any of you have already integrated email tracking systems with CMS Made Simple. For example, how do you track opens and clicks on emails sent from the site? Do you use specific modules or external scripts for this? What challenges have you encountered and what solutions have you found to be effective?
