how can I duplicate an article (complete page)?

Hi

since there is no workflow management yet, I want to
1. duplicate a page
2. set the duplicate "not active"
3. change the dupliucate to a new version
4. have someone correct (spelling) it
5. have someone set the duplicate "active"
6. set the "original" "not active" (or delete the original)

So: How can I duplicate a page?
