How to Install Gallery on CMSMS 2.2.16 ?

Hi
Sorry but I'm new here and can't find an answer. How do I install and manage a module.
I have v 2.2.16 and I'm trying to install Gallery. I've already downloaded Gallery-2.4.2.tar.gz on my computer

The easiest way is to go to Site Admin > Module Manager, hit the Available Modules tab. You can install it directly from there.

As you already have the tar you can also just upload that to your root /modules folder and untar it. Go to Module Manager and it should show as ready to install.
