I am using TinyMCE editor on UI for FEU but can't find browse button on UI editor. Can anyone help me fix this?

I think you're going to have to provide more details: version info, what you mean by browse button, what you mean by UI editor, and where exactly you're doing all this. Frontend form? Fielddef?
I'm going to assume it's a textarea fielddef with wysiwyg enabled and you want to add an image. If that's the case, check your default profile (or create one) in the TinyMCE prefs, and make sure it has file manager access. Then test to make sure it works in the TInyMCE test area - there's a note in the documentation about an .htaccess rule that needs to be modified, and mod_security can also interfere.
