Hello all
I created a small intranet with the FrontEndUsers module (thanks calguy1000) for some protected pages. Now I would like to add ldap integration.
I downloaded and installed the FEU_Auth_LDAP module. I've configured and tested the connection (all ok).
On the help page, in the 'How do I use it' section, it's written:
..... and then select this module as your "Authentication Module / Method" in the FEU administration panel.
I could not find this feature in FrontEndUsers.
The only section that I see is 'Frontend User Management' in 'User Management'
Do you have any suggestions for me?
Thanks
Paolo
CMS version 2.2.14
FrontEndUsers 3.2.2
FEU_Auth_LDAP 1.0
FEU_auth_ldap FrontEndUser integration
Re: FEU_auth_ldap FrontEndUser integration
Looking at the modules:
FEU_ldap_auth last updated in 2010.
FrontEndUsers last updated in 2020.
My guess is the support for FEU_ldap_auth ended.
I honestly don't know if FEU nowadays supports external authentication mechanisms (the code hints it may do) and if it does, how to implement it.
