I have a reseller account from http://247-host.com/
I use it for all my websites.
They are cheap and have lots of features.  :)

Update January, 2007: I've switched all my sites to http://www.navigatoris.net/ because of reliability problems with 247-host.com

I don't sell to anyone. I just use the reseller account because it allows hosting of unlimited domains and gives lots of space.
I would just sign up directly with them.

They have MySQL and PHP. You will have to install CMS Made Simple yourself. But it's not hard, so don't worry. You just upload the files and run install/install.php  ;)

You will use Cpanel to create the MySQL database.

Some howtos that are all basically the same:

http://manual.amstechdns.com/database/

Change {ftp_ip} to the ftp address you received in your welcome email.

CPANEL LINK:
http://{ftp_ip}:2082/

WHM LINK (reseller ONLY)
http://{ftp_ip}:2086/

Here's a great Flash tutorial for how to create a database using Cpanel:
http://www.crucialp.com/resources/tutor ... cpanel.php

You can find other howto's here: http://www.google.com/search?q=create+m ... +in+cpanel

Hey,

I was able to get my CMS page uploaded and running, but i get a quick flash of a white page that has the text "duplay photograpghy" then it goes to my cms page. Is this something on their hosting site i can delete? If you go to any cms page, then go to the "home" button, you get the quick flash of that page as well.

here is the page:
