Company Directory module unable to upgrade from 1.23.5

I recently changed my PHP from 7.1 to 7.2.
First thing I noticed was that Company Directory was no longer available in the CMS admin console.

I tried to upgrade the Company Directory module but was being returned with an error "Cannot upgrade from this old of a version. Please upgrade to 1.24.x or greater first."

I know that I can get downloads of lower version of the module from the Forge. However, I do not know how to manually install a module. i also cannot see a ver 1.24.x for Company Directory at the Forge.

Can you point me to the right directions. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

You can install an older version by either decompressing it into the modules folder (if you downloaded the .tar.gz) or uploading the xml in Module Manager by clicking on Import Module.
