problem with styles in admin

I installed cmsms on my localhost (Win32, EasyPHP) and everything was fine so i decided to install it to my freeweb. And there is site fine, but administration looks, CSS has not been loaded. everything works fine, but there is no layout, simply as style is not loaded. any help ?

check yoursite.com/admin/style.php after you have logged in, does it have any errors?

Hmm, i ran it in IE and it wants to download it but says, IE was not able to open file (it does not exist or is unavailable). That file there is, bacause I saw it via FTP and file is there, i tried to copy file there again and I rewrited it.

i opened it in FF and throught developer toolbar opened linked css. In CSS is that readfile() is denied. It is nice big host, but without these things I don wanna be there.

some hosts have some php functions disabled for security reasons

But I think that readfile() is used other places also...
