Formbuilder - ERROR - Blankpage

Hello,

First, sorry for my english. I'm french speaker. I do my best

I have installed :
CMSMS version 2.2.12
Formbuilder 1.0.1
Mail setting : SMTP (test OK)


In the admin Formbuilder : I can't edit or create a form fields (in the basic contact form and the other).

When I want edit or create a form fields , I receive a blank page (copy of the url's blank page :

Hello Cada,

We can not reproduce this issue you are having.

1. Did you try to clear browser and cms cache already?
2. Is there at your server ModSecurity or an other firewall installed and working?
3. Please post your System Information from the CMSMS admin panel.

I 'm just testing to change the version of Formbuider. With version 1.0, the tool run perfectly ! I don't change anything on the host server.

Could you please check the server's error log for related mentions? It should give a filename, line number and hopefully a reason why it isn't working or blocked...

I reverted back to Formbuilder 1.0 and the Formbuilder 1.0 modules seems to work.

New FormBuilder release on the forge already.
The logs where a bit misleading though, hence why it was not easy for me to reproduce the error.

Hi! I'm still getting this error using Formbuilder 1.0.2. Any idea what I can do to fix it? Just installed a fresh 2.2.12, updated PHP version, cache cleared. Same thing, I can't edit or add form fields. Thanks!

We haven't been able to reliably reproduce this and we know for a fact that the distributed xml is complete...
So I'm betting on some false positive of an antivirus firewall or something like that...
Apparently putting the file back in solves it so the above link provides a temporary solution until we understand what is happening.

I was getting the same error, my solution was to uninstall it from the module manager, then import the XML file (downloaded from http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/project/files/69) and install again.

I keep having the same error. I cannot use any FormBuilder from version 1.0.
My solution was to install version 0.8.1.6 and then upgrade to 2.0. Apparently it worked!
Its a important Module. We need a solution! Thanks.
