Parent dropdown missing completely (V 2.2.10)

Hi Guys
This seems to be a recurrence of this issue : viewtopic.php?f=28&t=73459

Basically, the parent dropdown is missing completely.
Installed latest version, with all criteria passed successfully. All demo content created also.
When I go into a page, I get the attached.
Any ideas?

Did you try to clear the browser cache? CTRL F5 or CMD R

Got it sorted. Its on a development server, and the root domain wasn't being picked up properly, causing the javascript and ajax calls to fail for the dropdown. I just set the root and admin urls in the config, and it works now.
