Can I move my current CMS site folder to a new PC server w/o php and MYSQL?

I currently have my cms site on a mac server with phpmyadmin and MYSQL. I would like to move the site to my pc server that Cant have MYSQL and php on it. Can i just move the entire site, and change the paths to the database back to my MAC server instead of local host?

Still need php on the machine which runs the php, mysql server can be on another server.
