a little xhtml problem

I discoverd that many $lang['admin']['helplistcontent'] variable contain a tag with no /.
This cause the page to not validate.

in first sight all theses files have the same problem

About 120 - errors are relevant ,  they should be corrected (with a tool like search and replace 1 Second actiontime )

I cannot show this errors here because the listing with the details  is 26 kb and the limit is here 20 kb
