Where is Html Blob in the v0.13

Post by Essie »

Since I upgraded to v0.13 I can't find the html blobs. Where is it???
I thought they used to be under "Layout" or "Extension".
I did a clean installation and I still can't find it.  Help!

Hi Mark,

I still don't see it at all.  Can you point to me clearly.

I took screen shots of what I see at my cms admin panel.  One is taken when I click on "extension" and the other "content".  I don't see the link to "html blobs".  It used to be at the extension before I upgrade.  Now I don't see it at all.

I must be lacking these php files.  It's very strange.  Even when I look to my main page, I don't have the link not to mention when I go to the extension page.  That is very strange considering that I did the clean reinstall yesterday.

Do you know which php files that I am missing???  Or is it some plugin that I am supposed to install?

Thanks.
You're right.  A picture owes a thousand words.  :P

Does the user that you are using to access the Admin Panel have sufficient rights to access the Global Content Blocks?

you should look thru the plugins folder it's just one file called function.global_content.php, first look in the CMSMS folder on your comp. then look in the one online, if it's missing online for some reason you can reupload it... i'm assuming you are logged in as admin with full privliges/permissions

Turns out I was not lacking any of the files.  They were already installed to the server but somehow the admin panel showed incomplete menu links.  After a clean re-installation and importing stored databases, I ended up with template error msges.  The only way to get around it, was to do a clean re-installation and manually copy and paste the templates and htmlblobs into the new script.  I did all these offline at my server and then uploaded the databases online.  All is working fine now.  Thanks.
