Upgrade

I have just tried to upgrade from 1.11.2 to 1.13 and get this error when I go to admin or home page.



Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class feedbackform in /home/sites/itclipper.com/public_html/modules/FeedbackForm/FeedbackForm.module.php on line 31

I had installed the Mailer and Forms module in the old version (can't remember exact names of those modules). When I ran the upgrade all seemed to progress fine. Only at the last step, when I clicked the link to view the site did the error appear.

sounds like feedback form has multiple entries in cms_modules table, check the table and remove duplicate entries. not sure where it comes though

Yep - thats worked! - thanks - there were 2 entries - wonder where that came from??
