Translation center with warnings everywhere don't work anymore.

Hello! The last few days have been a problem with the work of TC.
Today TC is not available.

There are something wrong with TC though it shows errors and loads really slow.

Problem is at Calguy's private server again loading the external lang files...
Don't know what his intentions are here.
