Question about the pages created with CMSMS

Is a separate php file created for each page? If not, where does all the content go? Where is it stored?

Will having a lot of pages slow down CMSMS or the site?

The page datas are all stored in database.

Ah, I see. So if I wanted to back up my site, I would simply do a PHPMyAdmin export?
