In FormBuilder you can send the user a copy of the submission by placing a checkbox next to the "Your Email" field.
What's the easiest way to replicate this in CGBetterForms?

Add another handler "Send email to user supplied address" looks like it would do that?

It would, but as far as I can see that would always send an email to the user-supplied address without giving them an option.
