Is it just me?
A client has lots of downloadable files which they link to in the content area of their pages. So, they upload files in File Manager - all OK there, here are some files on their website shown in File Manager:
And then they edit pages, using the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor to highlight the text and then they hit the link button - the TinyMCE file manager pops up so they can select their files.
However, only the first few characters of the filename are showing, resulting in the above files being shown like this:
So you just have to guess which file is which. There is no helpful hover-state text (in Chrome at least). I cannot find any suitable settings to change.
Am I missing something?

Re: TinyMCE File Manager "hides" end of long file names
Is this about TinyMCE or MicroTiny? The image you selected does not show the CMSMS File Picker.
if it's about TinyMCE it's in the wrong section.

Re: TinyMCE File Manager "hides" end of long file names
It's about TinyMCE and I posted it in the wrong forum.
I don't seem to have the ability/permissions to move it to the right place.

Re: TinyMCE File Manager "hides" end of long file names
Yep - you're missing something....
In the top row of the file picker on the right you have three icons 'Box view', 'List view' and 'Columns view'. If you switch to List view then that should show you the full file name.

Re: TinyMCE File Manager "hides" end of long file names

Thanks scooper!
