FrontEndUsers import group fails

I've exported group definition (and properties) to XML in FrontEndUsers and trying to import the group with a new group name.

But i get an error:

Code: Select all

Could not parse the provided XML file 4

As far i understand the error code 4 is something to do with properties.

Is there some restrictions to properties name og prompt i should be aware of?

Some property names do have underscore in them.

It may be that your list of properties includes date, radio button, or data field types that it appears the import group functionality does not yet support.

Yes the import include properties like date and checkboxes.

And a quick test also reveals i can't import a group, if a property is created in FEU beforehand.

I tried to import a series of user groups, sharing the same properties, to save the work manually setting the sort order and status for all properties in every group.

But it seems i have to do the properties sort order and status for each group manually.
