Hello,
We are currently using the CMS MS platform to host our website. We have 2 servers, a primary and secondary.
It turns out that the primary needs some hardware work and we need to point the DNS settings to our secondary server. Unfortunately I don't know 1) how I can make those changes within CMS and 2) how to find the DNS settings for the secondary server.
I am able to remote into both servers, I just don't know how to make the necessary changes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: CMS DNS Settings
This is not a CMSMS setting.
Your DNS settings are usually configured by logging in to your DNS hosting control panel. Note, your DNS host may be separate than your web host, so a different login may be required.

Typically, would the DNS settings hosting control panel be installed on the primary server?calguy1000 wrote:This is not a CMSMS setting.

Re: CMS DNS Settings
It depends if your registrar is the same as your host. You'd be better off talking to your hosting company or server admin, this isn't anything to do with CMSMS.
