I hope I can explain the problem. When sending a contactform with Formbuilder 0.8.1.6 the web owners email program shows the subject that is filled under e-mailsubject. That's good. But the email program (in my case Thunderbird) has a correspondent. There is a mailadres mentioned. But I want it to be the name of the owner of the website. Hope this illustrates it better:
Subject Correspondent
House of babel info@mailadres.nl
should be
House of babel Babel
I've set the advanced setting.
I'm using cms made simple 2.1.6
Would be nice if someone has a solution. Thanks in advance.
Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site owner
Re: Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site own
This sounds like the way the email program displays email addresses rather than anything that FormBuilder can change....?

Re: Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site own
I think it has to do with formbuilder, because when I receive mails from other companies, they show for example "Gebruik je hart als wachtwoord" and "Kijk" instead of info@kijk.nl
Re: Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site own
Well, in my typical web forms an email is sent to the site owner "from" the person who adds their name and email in the form. And my email program (eM Client) shows the message with their name as a clickable link - hover and the email they typed in is shown.
If that's what you want then you need to add the following field types to your FormBuilder form:

Re: Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site own
Paul, thanks for your reply. But your suggestion doesn't do the trick and it's an obsolete field.
Re: Formbuilder: shows mailadres but should be name site own
I guess it would help to compare the relevant parts of the message headers of two different emails; one with the intended behavior and one from FormBuilder (unintended behavior).
Post the relevant differences in this forum so we all know what we're talking about. There are so many variables (like different email programs) it's hard to understand the exact problem I guess.
Plus checking the headers will probably give a better understanding of how the email is 'composed' and what should be changed.
