MicroTiny Anchor Plugin needed

I am trying to add an anchor link using microtiny, I can do so but the format generated is not compatible with CMSMS.

<a href="#here">Scroll Down</a> is generate instead of a more compatible {anchor anchor='here' text='Scroll Down'}

Is there any way around this without getting the end user to ad the {anchor} to the html?

If there is a cmsms version of the microtiny anchor plugin that someone has developed or reworked the existing plugin, I would love to get a copy, I don't have the required javascript skills to do this mysleft and would be willing to pay for it.
