contact manager with cmsms ?

Hello all,

I want to know if it is possible and intelligent (!) to have something like a contact manager with cmsms ?
In fact each user will see only his contacts. I want to have a forms to insert informations of the contact and a save button.

In the admin section, it will be possible to define the form to insert a contact.

I want to know if it is possible to make a module capable of defining a table and a form associated with. And a way to have user management on that table ?

Do you know if it possible to make something like that ?

Hmm, perhaps groupware project can be a base for that (haven't tried this).
