Blank image

I don't know if this is the right place to seek help. I uploaded running website files and database to a new server, amended config file to suit, and found the responsive banner on home page is blank without image. I cannot find the global setting in admin panel to clear cache after reconfiguration as advised by CMS made simple either. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,
Did you check the path on the config file?
Might be due to location/path incorrect your application might not be working
