CSS not working on FrontEnd

Hello,

After a fresh install of 0.13 I can't seem to get the FrontEnd to use CSS at all ... All I get is a very plain HTML page. 

This is running on CentOS4.1 with Apache 2.0.52

Admin site works perfectly with CSS and looks great!

Please help ...

Not working without more information isnt quite enough for debugging this problem...

I have the exaxt same problem.

I installed latest version 0.13 on FreeBSD, using PHP 5.1.4 and PostgreSQL version 7.4.9. (see php info http://test.emerfoto.nu/phpinfo/)

No stylesheet on front end, only in admin panel.

cant remember seeing this before...

could you try installing 1.0beta4 if there is a problem with this combination of php/postgre it would be great to know and we could fix it for 1.0 release.
