I want to make a website in ENGLISH and spanish.
Could i add content in both language?

Hi and welcome.
Although the forum you originally posted is meant for backend translations (I moved the topic by the way), yes you can do that.
There are many different ways to do that (that's the beauty of CMSMS) and you'll have to check which is the best for your own purposes.
There are a couple of modules for that:
- mlecms;
- Eridu;
and a solution without 3rd party modules;
Plenty to look at
