Sorry if this is a noob-style question: I've installed Uploads 1.1.14, and want to upgrade to 1.2.3, but I don't know how to apply the 1.2.3 *.xml file that is listed in the forge.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
-- edit: I tried using the "upload file" in the admin panel, Extensions->Modules. It didn't seem to 'take.'

The 1.2.3 release of Uploads requires CMS 1.0 so the XML file won't load into CMS 0.13 either.
