TinyMCE on CMSMS 2.1.5 and IE11

I want to use TinyMCE on CMSMS 2.1.5 but (a lot of) my customers are using IE11. The texteditor field of the TinyMCE editor is very small and the customer cannot enter (a lot of) text.
No problem with Chrome and Firefox.

Is there a solution. I cannot controle the browser a customer is using.
