For sure: we need a lot more information about your setup and exact steps you did when deleting this page (hint: System Information in CMSMS admin panel).

Thank you for the information. However we do not support old versions of CMSMS (and php).

Please consider upgrading to the latest version of CMSMS

Because you are talking about a very old and unsupported version of CMSMS your topic has been moved to the lounge. We only request that dev team members support the last two releases of CMSMS.
Follow me on twitter
Please post system information from "Extensions >> System Information" (there is a bbcode option) on all posts asking for assistance.

If you can't bother explaining your problem well, you shouldn't expect much in the way of assistance.

Normally the page is deleted if you have it deleted :-\ .

It makes no difference if deleted page is inactive or not.

Only way to get page back could be a versioning module like Archiver or Revisions. But I can't see any of these in your module list.

Or you have a database backup you can restore...

If you have cleared browser and CMSMS cache and the page is shown on website, it could be possible there's something wrong with your database.

If I'm right DBOptimizer module has an option to repair database tables. But make a database backup before using it.

Another option could be to login with another admin account and check if page is deleted there too.

If all doesn't work last chance is a direct view to database.
