As CMSMS 1.0 is discontinued, I need to upgrade my sites to v 2.0. I have used Cataloger module in many of my sites but after upgrade Cataloger type pages are missing.
Does anyone know if Cataloger Module is going to be upgraded to cmcms 2.0? I have found messages from this forum from years 2014 and 2015 where is said that cmsms 2.0 version is coming but as now the latest version is from December 2012.

It's currently being tested, particularly the upgrading process which has presented some issues, but I'm hopping to have a release sometime this week.
People wanting to test it and who know how to work with SVN can check out from trunk, but shouldn't use it yet on a production site.

Re: Cataloger module in CMSMS 2.0?
Cataloger 1.0 has been released. I tested it the best I could but I'm aware that some issues may still exist. Do backups of files and database before upgrading/installing just in case. Have fun and use Forge Bug Report feature if you have found a bug.
Thanks.

Re: Cataloger module in CMSMS 2.0?
Big thanksto you Jo Morg for the update! I updated my sites and looks like Cataloger works ok!
I found one bug but I'm not sure if it is Cataloger or FormBuilder related problem. If I add field "Select one (or more) cataloger items" to the form, site crashes but doesn't show any error message to the error log file. I'll add a bug report to Forge about this.

Thanks for reporting, appreciated.Jfer00 wrote:Big thanksto you Jo Morg for the update! I updated my sites and looks like Cataloger works ok!
It would be a FormBuilder bug given the current architecture of this module, although what actually did change was Cataloger code. This is going to be changed for next major version of FormBuilder as we (the FormBuilder team) are planning to have an API for external modules to register their own plugins (fields, dispositions, etc...). This will require each module registering plugins with FB to be responsible for it's compatibility. And it will make it a Cataloger bug in the future as is should be. That should also make FB a bit lighter and hopefully simpler.Jfer00 wrote:I found one bug but I'm not sure if it is Cataloger or FormBuilder related problem. I will take a look at it though as soon as I have a chance and post a patch for this, however there are currently no plans to release a 0.x version of FB as we are already working on version 1.0. Exception could be made if a critical security issue is found and needs an urgent fix, which fortunately hasn't happen yet.
