Embed feed from Wordpress blog into CMSMS

Hi,

I hope I've posted in the correct forum; apologies if not.

I'm trying to take the blog feed from WordPress which is on the same domain as our CMSMS site and embed this into the home page of CMSMS. I see a few modules, some of which are marked as stale and other which don't quite seem to do what I need.

Is there a simple way to take a WordPress blog feed and embed it into CMSMS please? We are basically trying to show snippets of the last 3 or 4 blogs on the home page of the CMSMS site.

We are running the 1.12.2 version on that particular site.

I'm not a php coder, more "front-end" so I'm hoping there is something already developed please.
