Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Hi,
I am a biggner and learning cms and want to know what will heapen if i intall cmsmadesimple directly on php 4 without installing mysql

The installer will fail.  CMSMS (and 95% of all other CMSs) require a database to function.
