LISE import/export csv

Post by nikkio »

Hi

I'm trying to import data from a csv into a LISE instance but something seem not working.

The import finish without errors but nothing appears in the item list...

Digging in the DB i noticed that the table cms_module_liseinstance_fieldval contains data BUT the table cms_module_liseinstance_item was empty...

I've tried with a csv exported from an old listit2 instance, and one from the same LISE instance, same behaviour.

I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you for your help

I need more details on every step you are taking to do the import.
For instance you should not set the item_id correspondence unless you are changing existing records. Are there any errors on the php error log?...

AFAIK that is unusual behavior... you need to dig in to the error logs and see if there is any clue about that.

Hi Jo Morg,

First I've added some records in the instance, then exported a csv file, deleted the records and imported again... nothing appears in the list.

So I've noticed the behaviour described before...

I've no entry in the error_log.

any ideas?
