News has suddenly dropped the Submit button on new posts-- I have updated a couple of posts-- and also dropped the submit and apply buttons on posts already present. You can see the missing buttons for a moment as the page opens and then the disappear only leaving the cancel button.
There is one error (couple of dozen times) in the logs in the cpanel file manager, but this predates the migrated server and is also in the test server; viz,
