Installing error doing from Softaculous

Hi just begin a new installation from cpanl/softaculous automatic installer. I'm running a new CMS Made Simple 2.1.2. I'm using PHP 5.6.19, and MySQL 5.6.29. This is all working with Apache 2.4.18 running on Linux

When i try to start to configure at http://raitthome.us/admin/ send me an 404 Not Found error, my error log shows this:
