An upgrade to 1.12 prior to 2.xx,and then a failed install of Listit2, has left a 'ghost' on this site.
Though the Listit2 program has been removed, the CMSMS still shows ListIt2 as an entity. It won't run & I can't get rid of it.
Any ideas folks?
Thanks
Martin

Re: Failed module install has left a 'ghost'
Can I bounce this item please as I am keen for a reply.
Essentially, the module Listit2 appears in 'admin' but does not load and essentially is a bit like an unwanted guest, or ghost. The module has been deleted on the server, and the tables repaired, if indeed that was necessary.
I certainly can't get rid of it, and my only choice now is to delete the whole site and start again.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you
Martin
ps I have deleted the relevant tables in the database but to no avail.

Re: [SOLVED]Failed module install has left a 'ghost'
Solved it by the 'simple' expedient of uninstalling and then reinstalling the program.
Exported/imported the Theme first of course but had to re-instate the content.
